This course has been designed to equip participants with the fundamental understanding of natural gas and lique?ed natural gas (LNG) contracts to be able to understand and negotiate agreements along the gas value chain. By looking at the key components from exploration and production to marketing of natural gas and the connections between, delegates will get an excellent understanding of the key interactions between the di?erent players on a physical level and therefore build the understanding of the di?erent types of contracts and pricing used. This in turn will allow for the understanding of the drivers behind contract terms and therefore the ability to negotiate these terms to reach favorable settlements. The course will deal with key topics listed below and use interactive sessions, including illustrative games to reinforce learning and provide a memorable experience that will enhance the delegates skills and provide added value to their companies on return to their workplace.
